Enzyme Washing Process
There are mostly two kinds of the fabric washing process. One is a neutral enzyme while other is an acid enzyme. The PH of the neutral enzyme is 6.5 to 7.5. While acid enzyme keeps PH of 4.5 to 5.5. The enzyme is nothing but living biochemical which is sensitive too as it cannot remain alive below fifteen and above 55-degree centigrade. First Step Of Enzyme Wash
The first step of enzyme wash is de-sizing. To remove dust, dirt particles, and other external objects from the surface of the fabric, this step comes into play. The second step is bio-abrasion. It consists of fiber removal. The third step is backwash. To resist the enzyme activity, this step is used. Because of high-temperature enzymes get dead. Next step is additional bleaching, but it is non-mandatory part of enzyme washing. Garment gets extra faded in this step.
